Finally, my 1st newborn session of 2020. January was a very long month. With being a new business in town it was pretty stressful. But I made it through and I am moving forward staying positive and putting my fears aside and following God, as he knows my path.
I ran a weekend of glitter mini sessions the first weekend in February and that is where I met this cutie’s mom. She brought her daughter in since it was her birthday for some glitter pictures and she told me that she just had a baby just 6 days ago! I was taken back because she looked so put together for just having a baby, and she was out and about spending some one on one time with her daughter for her birthday. I thought that was such a sweet thing even though she must’ve been exhausted.
I told her that I specialize in newborn photography and that I also offer in home newborn sessions knowing she had another child. Then she booked with me and I was so happy! I did an in-home session just a few days later and her little guy was perfect. She let me know some ideas that she was wanting and I was able to bring them to life. She’s a pharmacist so she wanted to include a mortar and pestle because she uses these items with her job. All of his session turned out so cute!
You can see the whole session below and how many different setups we got through in the 3 hours of time. I just love my job <3
